At Manazest we are firm believers that literally all you need to do is focus on getting as much air into your body as you possibly can. It doesn’t matter how you do it. It matters THAT you do it. It might be in through your mouth out through your mouth or in through your nose out through your mouth, or whatever other combination you come up with that works for you.
There is no need to overcomplicate the process and activate your mind to concentrate on a certain technique like using your diaphragm first and then rising the chest after and then up into your pineal gland blah blah blah if you want to use something like that as ‘your’ technique then go for it if it works but that fancy shit is not needed to get to where breath work can take you.

Dunking yourself into an icy bath is never an easy thing to do, although it is usually much more a mental challenge as it is a physical one. Our Revel Edur Ice bath has the ability to chill down to a crisp 3 degrees and up to 42 degrees, giving you the opportunity to enter the water at a temperature that works for where you’re at and leave you feeling rejuvenated, awakened and revived.
