Our 6-week Ultimate package gets you access to all our offerings and on the road to understanding and learning our specialised breathing technique called Dragon’s Breath. Create your Avatar, write your own Personal affirmation. Support, Guidance and mentoring. Connect and become part of the community.

Our ongoing membership is the ultimate follow-up to the 6-week starter it allows you the scope to explore and deepen your practice at a reduced price. This package gives you access to all our support, guidance, mentoring, modalities, services, and coaches. 

Mind-Body Boot Camp: 6-Week Medical Cannabis

Our 6-week Cannabis Wellness course allows you to explore all of our modalities and practices including Breath work, Meditation, Compression and Movement while discovering and understanding and using microdosed cannabis. The addition of cannabis allows the participant to go deeper for longer, giving them more clarity and a different perspective.

Breath Work with Manazest

At Manazest we are firm believers that literally all you need to do is focus on getting as much air into your body as you possibly can. It doesn’t matter how you do it. It matters THAT you do it. It might be in through your mouth out through your mouth or in through your nose out through your mouth, or whatever other combination you come up with that works for you.

There is no need to overcomplicate the process and activate your mind to concentrate on a certain technique like using your diaphragm first and then rising the chest after and then up into your pineal gland blah blah blah if you want to use something like that as ‘your’ technique then go for it if it works but that fancy shit is not needed to get to where breath work can take you.

Fancy techniques we find takes your focus away from simply getting the air in so you can let the magic in.

Manazest’s technique is simply to get as much air into your body as humanly possible.

Thats it. Simple hey.

Cold Immersion with Manazest

Dunking yourself into an icy bath is never an easy thing to do, although it is usually much more a mental challenge as it is a physical one. Our Revel Edur Ice bath has the ability to chill down to a crisp 3 degrees and up to 42 degrees, giving you the opportunity to enter the water at a temperature that works for where you’re at and leave you feeling rejuvenated, awakened and revived.

At Manazest we don’t push or pressure, but we do like to give the chance to challenge yourself.

Beyond its physical benefits, cold water immersion also has a positive impact on mental well-being. The shock of cold water triggers the release of endorphins, which are natural mood lifters.
