Session: Introduction to foundational breathwork. Guided Body Scan Meditation. First steps into the ‘Avatar’ concept: envisioning your desired self and initial reflection.

Week 2: Activating Inner Calm & Visualisation

Deepening breath control and beginning the powerful Avatar visualisation process.
This session will feature progressive breathwork techniques for nervous system regulation. Guided Visualisation Meditation, focusing on a key trait for your Avatar. Further Avatar development: defining core values and strengths.

Week 3: Embracing Discomfort & The Cold Plunge Intro

Introducing controlled discomfort and your first guided cold exposure experience.
This session will feature Breathwork for stress management and preparation. Short Guided Meditation for focus. Cold Therapy: Introduction to cold exposure principles, followed by a guided 1-2 minute ice bath immersion

Week 4: Deepening Resilience & The Avatar's Journey

Building resilience through sustained cold exposure and further embodying your Avatar.
This session will feature a debrief on cold therapy experiences. Advanced breathwork for resilience and mental fortitude. Meditation for cultivating inner strength. Cold Therapy: Guided 2-3 minute ice bath immersion, focusing on breath mastery in discomfort. Avatar embodiment: visualising your ideal self in action.

Week 5: Deepening Resilience & The Avatar's Journey

Sharing experiences and insights. Breathwork for sustained energy and clarity. Open Awareness Meditation for integration. Cold Therapy: Guided 3-4 minute ice bath immersion, exploring personal limits and comfort. Avatar application: practical strategies to bring your desired qualities into everyday situations.

Week 6: Deepening Resilience & The Avatar's Journey

Solidifying your ‘Avatar,’ celebrating your progress, and creating a sustainable practice for life.
This session will feature a final reflection and Q&A. Review of all breathwork techniques. Future Self Meditation: stepping fully into your embodied Avatar. Cold Therapy: Optional guided 4-5 minute ice bath immersion, or focus on personal best.
